"Baby Bincent!"

Can you believe it's fall already? I've been back to school for a whole month now, and I love it. My teachers (Mrs. Popky & Mrs. Ryan) are so nice, and I'm learning a lot! Right now we're learning about fall (leaves and pumpkins--my favorite!), and transportation.

Here I am with Mommy, Mimi and Baby "Bincent" (Auntie Jenn's little boy.) I'm really curious about babies these days...because Mommy has one in her belly! I'm going to be a great big brother. I keep telling Mommy and Daddy that I will hold the baby and be very gentle. I can't wait to show him or her my train set, too!

Summertime!

What a busy summer I've been having! It started with a visit from my Grammie and Grampa (I'm explaining the intricacies of videography to Grampa in this picture.) We had so much fun--visiting Thomas at the Strasburg Railroad, going to the zoo, traveling to Virginia to visit Aunt Dennie & Uncle Pat, and eating lots of good food!

I'm talking a LOT these days. I especially like saying inappropriate things at church. >=) Mommy and Daddy got a zoo membership, so we go to the zoo all the time. I like the monkeys best--they're a lot like me! We've also been the Camden Aquarium, where I loved seeing the sharkies. And this past weekend, we went to Uncle Stephen's lake house, where I got to go swimming! I still take swim lessons at the Y, and I'm getting pretty good. I always want to swim by myself, but Daddy won't let me. :(

In a few weeks, we're going on a big plane to California--can't wait!!!

A Day At the Zoo

Mommy and Daddy took me to the zoo to see all the animals! I saw monkeys and elephants and duckies and kangaroos and turtles and a rhino. My neighbor Sarah was there too with her mommy and daddy. We walked all around, and I played by the fountain.

My favorite part was riding on the train. While I was on the train, I kept telling Mommy, "I like it, I like it." After the ride was over I wanted to go "again," but Mommy and Daddy said "No" and I got very mad (watch the video, you will see).

Before we left I had a hot dog and french fries and I felt much better. I can't wait to go back to the zoo and ride the train!

TJ's Trip to the Duck Pond

On Holy Thursday my friends and I went to the Duck Pond to feed the duckies. I had fun quacking at the ducks and and giving them food. I watched them swim and tried to climb over the fence. Mommy and Daddy were there, and the were cramping my style. I wanted to run around and be free, but I had to stay around them. Mommy did not have to go to school that day so she took me home after the duck pond. We had a nice lunch at McDonald's, and then I took a nap. HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!

My First Visit to the ER

Today I fell and got a boo-boo over my left eye. I don't know what happened! One minute I was walking toward the table to see my friends Robert, Miguel and Claire, and the next minute I was on the ground crying :(

Daddy was there and he took me to the nurse who helped me feel better and gave me a sticker to put over my boo-boo. Then he took me to the emergency room. We waited for a long time, but at least I got to watch some cartoons. When the doctor came, she wrapped me up like a burrito and I could not move my arms and legs. Then, she glued my boo-boo shut so it would get better.

Thanks to Ms. B, Ms. Popky, Nurse McCauley and all the doctors and nurses who helped me feel better.

Happy Birthday to Me!

Canyou believe it? I'm two already!! Mommy and Daddy got me a wooden train set with a Thomas (aka "Minus") engine. I played with it all day Saturday and Sunday..."Minus" is my favorite.

Grandmom and Pop-Pop, Aunt Ro-Ro, Grandpa and Grammy all got me more Minus books, engines, pajamas and cards. I talked with Grandpa and Grammy through the computer and they watched me open the presents they sent. I squealed with delight when I saw the "Minus" books. They make A LOT of noise; Mommy and Daddy love them!

Grandmom, Pop-Pop, Auntie Jen, Aunt Debbie, and the Popky's (Bobby!!) all came over for cake and ice-cream. Guess what? "Minus" was on my cake!

A Modern Master

"Bwoo!" That's the color I'm experimenting with at school (in the picture above). We are learning all about different colors; I can point them out and ALMOST say them!
I had a very busy February! Cousin Juliana's birthday party...Cat's Pajamas concert...snow days...and last week, a bug landed on my hair. It was very traumatic--so much so that I tell everyone I meet. Grandmom, Pop-Pop, Mommy, Daddy, Aunt Rosie, my neighbors, Miss Kelly...it's a very exciting story so I love to repeat it. Over. And over. And over again. "Buggie...hair!" That's how I tell it. It's a pretty great story, if I do say so myself.
Next week I turn TWO! Mommy and Daddy have a big surprise planned for me...can't wait to see what it is!
